What the Site is
The Site describes Veil6's services: VC alignment and introductions, VC prep, scouting for investors, the V6 Accelerator, Founder pairing, and consulting in talent, custom builds, security and go-to-market. It is for information only. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security.
No advice
Content on the Site is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Make your own decisions and consult your own advisors.
Submissions
- You confirm you have the right to share what you submit and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Submitting material does not create a client relationship, engagement or obligation for either side. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
- We may receive ideas similar to yours from others. Submitting does not restrict us from working with other companies, including ones in the same market.
Services and fees
Consulting services are provided for fees under a separate agreement. Veil6 does not take equity in exchange for consulting services. Veil6 takes equity only when it invests directly in a company, under separate investment documents. Veil6 is not paid for introductions or scouting. Founder pairing is free for candidates; V6 bills only the venture that receives a candidate.
Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, illustrations, logos and marks belong to Veil6 or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify or reuse them without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, no scraping at scale and no unlawful or misleading submissions.
Newsletter and subscriptions
This Site does not offer a newsletter subscription and does not send newsletters or marketing email. Michael's newsletter and writing are published on Substack, and subscribing, billing, cancelling and unsubscribing are governed by Substack's own Terms of Use and policies, not these terms. We do not control Substack's service.
If you send V6 a message or form submission, we use it only to respond and to provide the services you asked about. We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

Links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, X and Substack, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veil6 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current version.
