The opportunity
Own the supply side of a sponsorship marketplace: bring teams, venues and event organizers on board, help them sell their inventory, write the playbook and grow the team behind you.
A seed-stage New York marketplace that helps brands find, evaluate and buy sponsorships across sports and live events, a large market still run largely on email and spreadsheets. Rights holders who join get access to hundreds of brands looking to sponsor.

- Write the supply-acquisition playbook
- Lead discovery, demos and strategic conversations with large, multi-property organizations
- Shape supply strategy, pricing and vertical priorities with the founders
- Represent the company at industry events, own your numbers and eventually hire the team
What you bring
- Roughly 2 to 5 years in partnerships, sales, sports, live events, entertainment or finance
- A deep understanding of how properties make money and how sponsorship inventory is packaged and priced
- A network of decision-makers at teams, venues, festivals and event organizations
- Strong storytelling and ownership of whole relationships
- Comfort with a fast, demanding pace
- Willingness to work in the office in New York five days a week
Nice to have
- Sponsorship or partnership deals you owned end to end
- A playbook or BD motion you built and scaled
