The opportunity
Own whole products on top of an AI agent platform built for the legacy systems that run the world's largest companies. You decide what to build, design the interface, ship the backend, and make the agents more reliable on real customer work.
A New York company of about 30 bringing modern AI agents to the decades-old enterprise resource planning software that runs finance, supply chain and manufacturing at most large corporations, where today's coding assistants do not work. Its founders pair frontier AI research with deep enterprise-systems expertise, and it closed its Series A this year.
What you will do
- Build products on the platform end to end: backend services, integrations with enterprise systems, and the applications customers use every day
- Raise agent reliability with evaluation frameworks and feedback loops built from real customer workloads
- Turn customer failures into reproducible tests
- Within a few months, bring and drive your own product ideas rather than waiting for assignments
What you bring
- Roughly 3 to 8 years shipping production systems end to end in Python, JavaScript/React or Go
- A zero-to-one record with something that genuinely worked; a founder background is ideal
- Strong product sense and the ability to design a clear interface yourself
- Solid cloud skills, including AWS and infrastructure as code
- Informed opinions on agent design and frontier coding tools
- Comfort taking an ill-defined problem and shipping without being told how
- Willingness to work on-site in New York five days a week
Nice to have
- A highly tuned AI-native development workflow
- Experience selling to or building for large enterprises
Pay and benefits
- Salary range: $200,000 to $400,000 per year. This is the range the client expects to pay in good faith. The final amount depends on experience and other job-related factors.
